- Full Refund: Cancellations made within 2 hours of placing the order are eligible for a full refund. As we process your purchase quickly, cancellations are only accepted within this timeframe. - Company-Initiated Cancellations: Kenzo reserves the right to cancel any order within 48 hours of receipt. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
Exchange Policy
- Eligible Products: Exchanges are available for Ready-to-Ship full-priced items.
- Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing info@kenzomumbai.com or calling +91-93216 76951 with your order details and reason for exchange.
- Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, with all tags intact. Products that are damaged, soiled, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted for exchanges.
- Defect Verification: You will be required to RECORD AND SEND A VIDEO WHILE THE PACKGED IS OPENED FOR THE FIRST TIME to demonstrate any defects. This immediate verification will aid in expediting the entire process.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and with all Kenzo tags intact within 48 hours of receipt.
- Quality Check: Returned items will undergo a quality check before an exchange is approved. Damaged or soiled items, or those without original labels, may be rejected.
- Store Credit Option: If a replacement item isn’t available, you may opt for store credit, valid for 12 months.
